Here at Crunch, we believe that each and every individual is unique based on the fact that food preferences and fitness goals differ from person to person. We believe that their nutritional plans should be unique as well.
You, the client, deserve a nutrition coach who is commited in giving you their undivided attention. We do NOT believe in a "one size fits all" nutritional approach. It is our passion, commitment, and determination to formulate and construct a nutritional plan personalized just for you. It is our motto here at Crunch.
Most nutrition consultants have one thing in common; they provide you with a fixed set of foods, and their diet plan is preset without any real emphasis on your preferences or goals. This defeats the purpose of consulting, and instead of using this typical approach, we commit the time to get to know our clients, and provide them with meals plans centered around their preferences and individual goals.
