| Description: | Great product and a fantastic price, so much cheaper than anywhere else. I have seen a great improvement in strength and size. I take 5g mid way through my workout and 5g before bed. I have comcined it with creatine pre workout and this works for me! One slight negative is the taste - so instead of mixing it I just eat it from a spoon and wash it down quick with some flavoured water!
